Grievance Redressal Cell
All India Digital Education Center (AIDEC) · Last updated 3 September 2026
AIDEC maintains a three-tier Grievance Redressal Cell so that learners, parents, and franchise / authorized-centre partners can escalate operational, facilitation, and service issues in an orderly way. Academic decisions — curriculum, examinations, results, and the award of the degree — rest with the affiliating university and are referred to that university when they fall outside Headquarters’ facilitation role.
Please quote your inquiry number or official AIDEC enrollment number in every communication. Anonymous complaints that cannot be matched to a file may be recorded but cannot be investigated to a conclusion.
What you may raise
- Delay or lack of response from a centre or from HQ counselling;
- Document handling, file status, or verification disputes;
- Fee receipting, mismatched UTRs, or delay against the Cancellation & Refund Policy (remember: AIDEC does not collect through payment gateways; all deposits are offline);
- Conduct of centre staff or misrepresentation of AIDEC’s role; and
- Franchise operational issues that a centre cannot close with its relationship manager.
Tier 1 — Centre Level
If you are attached to an authorized study centre or franchise, your first written complaint should go to the Centre Head or the officer named on your acknowledgement slip. The centre must acknowledge the grievance, attempt local resolution, and keep a dated note on your file.
- How to file: signed letter or email to the centre’s published desk, with copies of receipts and previous correspondence.
- Resolution SLA: the centre should acknowledge within two working days and close or escalate within 7 working days.
- Learners who inquired directly with Headquarters, with no centre attachment, may start at Tier 2.
Tier 2 — HQ Support
If the centre does not respond within the SLA, if you are dissatisfied with the local outcome, or if the matter concerns Headquarters counselling, university file movement, or finance reconciliation, escalate to the HQ Support Desk.
- Email: support@aidec.in with a copy to support@aidec.in
- Phone: 9876500001 (request a grievance ticket number)
- Post: HQ Support Desk, AIDEC Headquarters, AIDEC Head Office, 3rd Floor, Education House, Arera Colony, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 462016
- Resolution SLA: Headquarters will acknowledge a complete escalation within two working days and aim to issue a written finding within 7 working days. Matters that require the affiliating university’s ledger or examination branch may take longer; you will be told if the clock is paused for that reason.
Tier 3 — Nodal Officer
If HQ Support has not closed the grievance within the stated SLA, or if you wish to appeal the Tier 2 finding, write to the Nodal Officer of the Grievance Redressal Cell. This is the final internal forum at AIDEC.
- Nodal Officer: Grievance Redressal Cell, AIDEC Headquarters
- Email: grievance@aidec.in
- Mark the subject: “Tier 3 — Nodal Officer” plus your enrollment or inquiry number
- Resolution SLA: the Nodal Officer will acknowledge within three working days and communicate a decision or a reasoned interim update within 7 working days of a complete appeal.
The Nodal Officer may uphold, modify, or return a matter to HQ Support with directions. Academic appeals that belong to the university will be forwarded with a covering note; AIDEC cannot substitute its decision for the university’s.
Good-faith use
The Cell exists to correct service failures, not to reopen a settled university result or to demand a refund that the refund policy already excludes (including non-refundable application and registration fees). Abusive or repeated filings on a closed ticket may be declined with a single written reply.
How we handle the personal data inside a grievance file is described in the Privacy Policy.
