All India Digital Education Center (AIDEC) · Last updated 3 September 2026

All India Digital Education Center (“AIDEC”, “we”, “our”) is an authorized academic facilitation center. We provide Direct Admission Support into programmes offered by affiliated universities. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you inquire, enroll, or use our public verification utility, how that information is used, and how it is protected. AIDEC does not award degrees; the affiliating university remains the academic authority for your programme.

By submitting an inquiry form, enrollment file, franchise correspondence, or a credential-verification request, you consent to the practices described below.

Data Collection

We collect only what is required to counsel you, complete university admission, and keep an auditable Headquarters record. Collection happens through staffed HQ processes and authorized study centres — not through automated payment gateways or third-party checkout tools.

Typical categories include:

  • Inquiry and contact forms: name, mobile number, email, preferred programme, academic session, and any message you send to Headquarters.
  • Enrollment and KYC documents: photographs, identity proofs (including Aadhaar where required by the university), address proofs, and academic mark sheets or certificates uploaded or deposited at HQ or an authorized centre.
  • Admission file data: university and course selection, eligibility notes, enrollment number once allotted, and the status of your file at Headquarters.
  • Fee acknowledgements: because all fees are received offline by institutional bank transfer or cash at HQ or an authorized centre, we may record the instrument details you provide (for example, UTR, deposit date, and the bank account used) solely to reconcile the receipt. We do not store card or UPI gateway credentials.
  • Verification requests: an official AIDEC enrollment number, and limited requester details when an employer or institution asks us to confirm a credential.
  • Franchise and centre correspondence: partner contact details and operational records needed to support students attached to that centre.

Data Usage

Headquarters uses personal information for the purpose for which it was given, and for closely related statutory or operational needs:

  • University registration: sharing your admission file with the affiliating university so that institution can register you, assess eligibility, and issue its own enrollment or examination credentials.
  • Counselling and file movement: contacting you about missing documents, session timelines, fee instructions (bank details for offline transfer), and the next step in Direct Admission Support.
  • Credential verification: confirming, on request, whether an enrollment or certificate is recorded in HQ records. We do not publish raw database identifiers or confidential documents on the public website.
  • Grievance and refund administration: locating your file when you write to the Grievance Redressal Cell or submit a written refund request.
  • Statutory and audit use: retaining records for the period required by applicable law, university rules, and internal audit.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use automated decision systems to grant or deny admission. Academic decisions rest with the affiliating university.

Data Protection

Access to student and franchise records is restricted to authorized Headquarters staff and, where a file is attached to an authorized centre, to that centre’s designated officers for their own learners only. Centres cannot view another centre’s students.

  • Documents are stored in controlled HQ systems and object storage; they are not exposed as public download links.
  • The public verification page returns only confirmation of status. It does not display full identity documents or internal file notes.
  • Staff are instructed not to share enrollment files over unofficial channels. Requests for copies must come from the learner (or a person they authorize in writing) or from a competent authority.
  • We retain records for as long as the facilitation relationship and applicable university or statutory retention rules require, then archive or delete them in the ordinary course of HQ operations.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. If you believe your information has been accessed without authorization, write immediately to the contacts below and quote your inquiry or enrollment number.
